If the firmware is where it should be there is another thing you might try. I don't know if this holds true for Ricoh products but the area I work in now is mostly populated with Kyocera products. The problem I have been running into is setting up scanning with the Microsoft user accounts that Windows 10 seems to default to. When I add a local user account and give that user read/write permissions to the scan folder everything works ok.Comment

My work laptop has windows 10 home on it and I was able to scan to folder with an SP3510, MPC4000 and an MP6503.
Is there something special that is supposed to be done first?Comment
