This unit is jamming post-fuser when running duplex jobs. Error in SP mode shows 7504-27 = 38 counts and 7504-52 = 46 counts. The paper stops as though it is not being properly diverted. I don't typically work on this model, so any insight would be appreciated. The gate itself does not appear to be warped and the sensors are all clean. Unit only has~ 100K total meter. Fuser looks good as well.

Check the gear on the main door, top rear, this drives the duplex, when customer slam the door it bends the shaft, it can even snap off (nightmare to replace)
Usually bending it back will resolve.Let us eat, drink, and be merry, because tomorrow we may die!

Also check the operation of the duplex/bypass motor, I've had this die once. (It is the same motor that runs both, lower-rear side of the right hand door).Comment
