problem with image cyan qulity mpc2003

hi all

i have this issue in ricoh mpc 2003
first its not give me cyan
and i replaced development unit and its give bad image quality like attachment file

i did this action
1- development unit has been replaced
2- iob image engine has been replaced
3- high voltage board has been replaced
4- image transferviber image 2003.jpg belt replaced
5- laser unit replaced

but the problem not solved ...any one can help me with this issue

Sounds like you have replaced just about everything that wouldn't cause the problem. Now try the item that does cause the problem, the drum unit.

Yes why would you not change the drum!?

As a test simply swap it with one of the other colours (all 4 the same)

Switch the drum with another color because that certainly looks like a charge issue to me.

When you replaced the cyan dev unit did the first few copies come out OK?

Also check the rear cover is on the PCDU

Run in to that before, forgot to put rear cover back on PCU when replaced (the one with the copper contact plate), and gave me weird issues like this.

Run in to that before, forgot to put rear cover back on PCU when replaced (the one with the copper contact plate), and gave me weird issues like this.

First time I replaced the drum I forgot this too, weird how it causes issues, just a plastic cover. Except it gave light images.

Its not just a plastic cover, it has a dev bias contact attached to it!
