MP / MP C Touch screens

October is touch screen month! We seem to have had a run of touchscreens on the MP / MPC range go out of adjustment. Some of them have gone so far out you couldn't get into the calibration mode to adjust them back in and had to replace the screen.

    Anybody else noticed and problems?

I like the way every other Ricoh country is giving them away or making them very cheap - good old Ricoh UK - full price!

As it was already said, this is a known problem.
Ricoh has issued a modification bulletin and is replacing the LCD's for free in all the contracted clients.

For anyone who has machine's with warrany or technical support, please contact your dealer.

Not sure where you get this from.

Do you have to be a registered Ricoh Dealer to gain help from the ricoh technical support? Or if you have completed Ricoh training courses in the past does that count?

                            At Last!

I've just found a RTB from Ricoh Oz that tells me they will give me a new screen, $10 to fit it and $30 travel cost ONLY if I send them a full SMC. So what about the 50 screens I've already fitted?
