MP2501 clogged cleaning unit.

Hi

Any of you guys have come across mp2501 cleaning units getting clogged. The spiral is turning. I have replaced the complete PCU but now this unit is doing this as well.

Any ideas??

Are you sure that the coil is not turning? What I have seen is that paper lint will build up around the coil and clog to exit hole. Remove the drum and clean the recycler.

did you do a reinitialize after installing new developer unit.

The spiral turn with the drum if i am correct. I have cleaned the spiral 3 times before changing the complete PCU unit. Now its clogged again after 12000 copies.

You may be using bad toner, is it ricoh
