I have two of these trays for the faxes to come out on and on two different machines they are both jamming...there is not much to these little guys, so i figured it could be a firmware issue but i updated that and still jamming.
It hits the only two rollers it has and tries to turn but acts like there is to much pressure or just wont go and the paper gets shoved up into it. Not quite as accordion folding like you would see on a fuser jam but its bunching up behind the rollers.
Anybody have any ideas? I've checked several times to make sure i am seating them correctly in the machine and everything seems fine to me...seems like a software issues maybe where the machine is not telling it to turn, but two different ones? and on two different machines?? idk
