Good morning, I'm sorry what do you mean separately from the network? I was under the impression that the RFUT works only with machines in the network, am I missing something? 🤔 Is there a way to save the files on my computer so I can update the firmware module via SD card?

If you are a Ricoh trained tech and work for an authorized dealer then you contact your regional support and ask them where on their website you can download module firmware.

Alternatively the data file that the RFUT downloads .rfu files that can be extracted and installed through WIM.

I don't have access to the Ricoh firmware download site but I will try to locate and extract the .rfu files, thank you for your suggestion 😀
