    [CQ] Roller impressions on output - any suggestions please?

    I am just going through testing of a MPC 4501 and mostly it's working well (just an issue with A3 jamming post fuser from the bypass tray) however the output is showing quite a significant impression mark as pictured

    Can anyone suggest a remedy or replacement part please?

      was the machine sitting for a while? looks like flattened the pressure roller. run it for a while and see if it goes away

          That looks A4/Letter. Did you feed it LEF or SEF? ALso, what Cadillac2 said...
