    [Jamming] MPC5503 Intermittent 067 Jams

I have been attending a MP C5503 which gives intermittent 067 Jams from all 4 Paper Trays, all paper sizes (A4, A3, A4R) when doing 2 sided copies and prints.
There is no pattern to this it can be the 4th page or the 56th page or the 88th page, it is totally random throughout any one run.
I have disconnected the ADF, Bridge Unit and finisher, it still jams.
Using parts from an adjacent machine, I have swapped the Exit unit, Fuser unit, Paper Transfer Unit and paper Transfer Roller, A Complete RHS Door Assembly, Fuser/Exit Motor and Duplex Motor. None of which solved the issue.
The Firmware is at the Newest Level.

The 067 ADF Tech Bulletin has been checked and followed (The spring was in the correct position).

    Can anyone help?

Is the jam number you gave correct? 067 is a trail edge jam for the LCT relay sensor. Trail edge either leaves the sensor too early or too late for the select paper length.

You stated above you fitted a complete RH door, did this not include the duplex entrance guide!?
