    [Dead] Dead MP C3004exSP

    Hi,

    Has anyone else dealt with a dead MP C3004exSP ?

    I have replaced:
    AC and DC power supply boards
    IOB engine assy
    IOB transport assy
    Operation panel
    Image processing board
    BCU assy

    It's alive ! It was the Controller board, I didn't think it could cause the machine to be completely dead.

      This machine can't be that old, did something happen to it?
      It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

          Brand new, was just delivered to the customer a couple weeks ago.

              When a controller fails you usually have a few tiny blinking coloured LEDS that can help diagnose
