What is the best way to connect the scanner to pc windows 10?
Right now it can't find the pc (printing is fine).
Which exact model you r referring to?
I have done this before and best solution is you can deactivate all security options(Like Firewall) for windows for that particular PC and try again after rebooting PC.
So if at all this works, which means machine Firmware is not fully compatible with current version of windows(What customer is using)(What a Mess created by MICROSOFT
firm Which is suppose to give solutions, there is no back end compability)
If you know MICROSOFT well you will get answer.
Just disable all security options in PC & try, it could be some other software which holds new installation(in my case it was MACFEE security software which hold back even all new updates)
So friends this what it is..
Hope this helps
