Firmware is suppossed to be free, not paid. I know lexmark give free firmware since we have some lexmark printers.

With most manufacturers, firmware is not free. It is proprietary intellectual property of the manufacturer. Most manufacturers, Ricoh included, make their firmware available on their service websites to trained technicians who work for branches and authorized dealer.

General Rule 5 of this Forum states "Discussion of illegal activities such as software and music piracy and other intellectual property violations are not allowed." Software includes firmware. Should you continue in violating forum rules and disrespecting senior techs and Contributors, you will continue to collect red card and could eventually have you membership here revoked.
