There are a number of online providers where you can obtain a service manual. If you are not going to hire an actual tech, I would you to have a one and read it. What you need is in it.

And I guess that brand X taught that you never needed to have the manual in your possession when working on a machine. Maybe that is why debs quit Xerox after ten years and started working for Ricoh UK

In xerox there is an edoc system
The story that i get my container i get 38 xerox machine and 20 for ricoh i get the ricoh for some one but after that he decided to cancel the order from me
So now i have those ricoh and i dont know what to do
Finaly some one of my custumor ask for the ricoh and now i need to prepare the mashine for hem
I just work with xerox production and office machines
So for the xerox i have all mchines edoc and software tools
Also i have a good knowlege with crew and fiery and freeflow

On an clear sd card i make a romdata folder insid the folder i copy the D1201496A.fwu
I push the sd caed in slot 2
And i power on the machin
But nothing happend
Any help
What size is your SD card?

You know, the thread starter is an importer of used machines, probably in a place without a lot of money or resources. Do you know where those machines go? Mainly to family-run shops in far off places who provide copy and printing services to make a living.
Being an SOB to the guy is not really a cool thing to do since he is not only providing for his family, but helping a lot of people get out of poverty and help people get access to this technology that we all love and take for granted.
