just thought i would post this so if anyone else ran into this issue they would have a fix. the other day i went to a customers who complained whenever they printed to their ricoh copier it would only print a single page, even though they selected any number greater than 1. the single page would print and while watching the copier the rest of the print job would just vanish and nothing else printed. after looking around on one of their computers i discovered the issue was with office365. apparently an update changed the print settings. whenever you selected print the print box appears where you select which printer you want to use, number of prints, and etc. the office 365 update changed the settings to custom printing. once i clicked the drop down arrow and select print all pages, then SHAZAM.... yeah it printed all pages afterwards. between having their IT guy come in and we brainstormed a bit. after he left out i managed to find this fix. hope this helps out.

Interesting! Thanks for sharing! =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
