        +1 to that. I always had a fight with the guy who approves my requested parts when I was on the field. Guy says "the device did not reached it's PM yield" and I was like "get you a** down here and have a look on the machine".

          if drum is still ok, you can consider to clean it all up and replace only the lubricant bar.
          You can order them on ebay (China import)

              that is the soft cleaning roller under the charge roller.
              it does not touch the lub bar..has nothing to do but clean funk off charge roller
              You can swap a used one or buy a new one as Mark Bbb said in previous post.

                That cleaning blade looks as if it's well past due for changing, just replace it.
                It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.
