19K is non sop and 19M is the SOP version.
And yes...it's the same package for both models.

The "K" and "M" just refers to the versioning of the software.
      K came out September 2017
      M came out May 2018
      N Came out June 2018

Thee is a difference between the NOP and SOP firmware so make sure you get the correct one.

And with some models, the version letter is the only difference in the file name of the module.

Yep...my only point was that as of THIS date those are the 2 versions up on the Ricoh site.
19K for NON SOP and 19M for SOP version

Here is the screen shot of the NOP firmware for the MPC3503, take note that that 19L is the most recent for the package file.

Both screen shots are from the Ricoh firmware history site as of today.

A couple of things to remember with package firmware:
                    1. It only replaces those modules that are not at current level, firmware that is current but corrupted will not be replaced
                    2. It might not update peripherals.

It looks like there is more than just the last letter that is different, the SOP starts with D146 and the NOP starts with D147.

The D146 refers to MP C3003 and D147 refers to MP C3503. Two different models but same family of machines.

No sir, that is not the case here, review the firmware release notes, the MPC3003 and MPC3503 take the same firmware. D1465519N is the latest for SOP and D1475519L is the latest for NOP.

Next time proof what you're typing. D136 is an MP C8002 and D137 a Pro 5100S.

Yes the MPC3003 and MPC3503 take the same firmware. I was pointing out in answer to the question of what looked like a confused tech stating that the D146 was SOP and the D147 was NOP. This is not the case. Both the D146 (MP C3003) and the D147 (MP C3503) can have either a normal op panel or a Smart op panel.

Also did you have D136 and D137 instead of D146 and D147?
