MPC5502 sram has been formatted

    MPC5502 sram has been formatted

    I get this message "Sram has been formatted due to bad Sram" everything is working, ire formatted the hdd, re booted, it goes away, then i moved the machine and now its back, format the hdd and re boot does not get rid of the msg,I re seated the prnt controller, re seated the dimm, I looked in the 5xxx section to disable msg no good, can i dis able this
    im not real sure where this pointing at, please advise

    This is a fax board issue, updating the firmware usually resolves the issue can also be caused by the battery on the fax pcb going flat or the jumper in the wrong position.
