Machine is spewing yellow toner and developer on the transfer Belt. So far have replaced Yellow PCU to no avail. Any suggestions?

As a general rule, once a machine starts sucking developer, you need to replace the developer. You may have to replace the entire development unit.

i'm told silver roller in transfer unit above yellow pcu can lock up or stick causing this. check and clean it?

Can you give us some PM & main counters please?

Check the main dust filter on the LHS of the machine, if this gets blocked will cause this issue.
