    [Error Code] Ricoh Error Code SC672

    Hi All,

    I need your help, I have a problem with Ricoh MP4500.....
    The code SC672 is not gone. I try my best. I clean RAM more then 30 times, Change Hard Disk, change Printer/Scanner card and the last step i do firmware but it can`t proceed....
    Please help me..... What I do.....

      If this is firmware fault ,
      So can anyone help me how i installed firmware or which type of firmware......

          Call an authorized Ricoh dealer and pay them to send a qualified tech out.

              sounds like you don't know what you are doing.. Hire a tech.

                          Can you upload a copy of the maintenance report showing firmware version? When does it happen? Could even be a bad print job. Need more information.

                              hmmmmm..I clean RAM more then 30 times,
                              the manual says you need to clean RAM 31 TIMES.........
