    Mp c6502 sr4090 exit issue!!!!!

We have two 6502's next to each other, one runs fine and the other one runs fine on 11x17 and legal but after stapling 8.5x11 the paper exits at a high rate of speed. The copies exit so fast that they hit the copier next to it. We have replaced the exit motor, updated the firmware, and replaced the board. We also swapped the finishers and the problem followed the finisher and by the way the finisher is a SR4090. Thanks for any input.

did you compare dip switches per machines?
Does it only do it in staple mode?

Thanks for your input, we did check the dip switches and it does only happen when stapling.

maybe state where you are located and someone might have a working unit to sell you.
I myself would rather pay to make a problem go away especially if it is something i might never see again.

There is a bulletin on this. It has to do with the eject belt getting out of time. Hard to explain without pics.
