i cant say and i stopped servicing and selling mid range ricoh b/w for over 5 years now so i dont even know that model.Might want to try to get a used parts machine..where are you located?Comment

Might be worth re-flashing the firmware it may have become corrupt worth a try before replacing parts.Let us eat, drink, and be merry, because tomorrow we may die!

its worth a shot..
I can get those models but i am in ny....way too far.............
That s what i do when i get a machine that bricks out...
I cant see spending 500 to 600 bucks just to revive it...Comment

Print and Scan is an option for this machine that's why it was able to copy. It has HDD so I assume there was an SD card inside that you might have misplaced. Check if you can have this part D383 5050 SD-Card - P/S Unit.Aye! Cut the crapComment
