does it come with the firmware one it

No it does not. Depending on the model just order one off of Amazon and download from Ricoh.

well an authorized tech would know the answer to that. and you can't just install the card, you have to know where that card MUST be installed. good luck.

If you dont have an SD card you could use the .RFU firmware & update via the WIM.
