    SC720-70 on SR5060

    When stapling sets, the drag rollers (gathering rollers) do not come out to pull in the sets and after a few get misaligned, a jam is triggered and then the sc code. Is there an sp that enables/disables the gathering rollers when stapling or anything else I should be looking at?

      I would look a the gathering rollers.. they are there for a purpose...

      is the motor not reversing ?

      is it belt run or solenoid actuated ?

      I doubt there is SP mode to disable..but there should be one to test

          Shouldn't you get an sc720-75 if the drag rollers where not working? What is the jam code? What's the finisher firmware Version?

              Are you sure the problem is that the stack rollers do not move or i s the actual problem that the ribs on the foam rollers is worn off?
