You need to use a software such as MiniTool Partition Wizard. The card size might not be the problem. SD cards formatted by the Windows format utility do not always play nicely with firmware updates. So i tried everything : another SD card, resize SD, format properly, create folders : romdata -> D177 -> files
nothing works, always error : SC868-00

Is the MP C305 compatible SDHC?

SC868-00 would be a device error not a card error. Are you sure you have the SD card in the correct SD slot?

Poster is using a 16GB SDHC card these weren't available when the MP C305 was released hence the SC868 error!

For a device error:
1. Turn off the main power switch and check if the contact with the SD
card slot and SD card is normal.
2. If the contact is normal, insert the SD card into the slot and turn on
the main power switch to check if the error occurs again.
3. If the error occurs again, replace the SD card with an SD card for
another user, and turn on the main power switch.
4. If the error occurs again and again, replace the controller board.

Looks like your down to step 4. Either that or see if you can get the remote firmware and use WIM.

The Google Cloud print Connector for Ricoh is sold by the local Ricoh dealer. It is not a free app.

Set up using Google Cloud Print Classic. This allows printers that are not Cloud Print ready to be used with the Google Cloud Print service. Basically a local windows computer acts as a "server" for the Google Cloud Print service. This is free.

In the event that the 305 is not Google Print Compatible, Try downloading one of the Ricoh print apps from the Play store. Ricoh connecter app is the newest (I think).

Use a standard SD card MAX size 2GB to be sure with the .rfu files in a folder called romdata (nothing else on the card)
