    Ricoh Mpc 5502 developer calibration

What is the correct procudure to calibrate the dv units.
We have been just cleaning them out and installing new dv. and setting an sp to 1 for a new dv unit.
Machine seems to run a little longer after I turn it back on, like its calibrating but not sure.
My new tech said you need to do all this other adjustments and
he cant remember which ones so I don't want him messing a machine up.

The only other thing in the book is...

If you change the development unit, do the ACC procedure.

Execute the drum phase adjustment with SP1902-001 twice

As the ACC uses the ID sensors, I would recommend cleaning them first.

Go into the bottom of the 3's in SP settings and turn on manual set new unit by changing to 1. Machine will reset counts and run simulations needed.

The procedure is in the service manual refer to this.
