    MP 9002 Smearing

Copies and Prints smear. Kind of the way it would look if DV was worn out and toner would build up on drum seal edge. But DV and Drum were replaced without correcting the issue. Fuser is in good shape. Anyone see similar issues out there? Machine has approx 1 million pages on it.

    Thanks in Advance

If you have cleaned and did the PM on the PCU and developer, I suggest that you rebuild the fusing unit.

Did you check the brush behind the drum blade and the whole toner recycling system on the drum unit?

Replace all PM parts that are due.

Try to clean the frame above trasfer belt unit. Too much toner builds there and cause unfused toner to smear before paper reaches fusing unit. Worth to try.
