Ricoh 4510SF smudges when using ADF

Have a 4510SF that smudges every time you make a copy through the ADF. It prints perfectly and even copies clean from the scanner glass. I took the glass off and cleaned under it. Played around with the dust detection levels, but nothing changes. The smudges move with each new copy. Stay in the same area but move up and down the page. Also can get smaller or larger. Not real sure where to go from here.

first you need to make a photocopy of something written to note the vibrations in the transport of the sheet or slowdowns during the scan
