+1 on Coptech statement. Usually the Sep. Roller, but sometimes the end fence is back too far, or paper is curled up under the stack. A couple things to check anyway.
cant remember if that use a clutch to engage feed tire if so replace it. Other is lifting of paper if something cause it to bind a little bit and does put enough pressure can cause not to feed properly. maybe to rule out cassette tray swapping to make sure it not causing problem.
Swap the feeding feetwho works well, puts it in the box that bothers, so you know if it is for rubbers, sensors, seals etcor if there are other things like sizes etc.
The feed unit has a bushing that can cease up at the rear side. Remove the feed unit and you can see a black dirt build up. You can fully strip it but might get away with cleaning with it intact
