[CQ] MP 2501 Scattered image on Op. Panel

Hi. I have MP 2501 with op panel problem. When I open side or front door, the op panel displays scattered image. I checked fw and it looks like I have mp2501 with panel from mp301.
Fw from mp2501 shows error after the update starts.
I'm wondering, Is there any possibility to update fw with no error ? Or replacing panel is the only solution because fw update won't change anything?
Any suggestions?

I think you should replace it, or find another one of another machine that you can test. I almost always have a similar model for quick repairs

You have to update all firmwares not just a single firmware in order to eliminate other possibilities of failure.
We had that problem in other models but updating all FW fixes it.
