I replace the nozzle when replacing pump and vacuum the supply hose did not do the fix.
The toner supply hose has a Teflon coating on the inside to help prevent clogging. Any method of cleaning WILL damage that coating and cause it to clog. That is why Ricoh started selling the pump and hose as a set.
Ok, all was great for a few days and right back to same error per customer. No magenta toner. Replaced tube, pump, elbow, rfid board and cartridge. All came to ready and showed full and now right back to empty! Eh?!?!?? Any ideas?
the toner stores it standing up, not lying down, and this causes the toner to turn rocks
total that obstructs the passage through the hose
so
I take out the hose, I blow it making sure the air goes well
back clean the sensor etc
In the toner cartridge, I open it, that is, I run the toner step, place a sheet of paper for the watering and turn the cartridge so that a bit of toner comes out, the one that is caked

Replace your magenta development unit, I don't think I saw where you've tried that. Had a machine where the Vref and Vt were way out of whack and machine wouldn't recover until I replaced dev. unit.
Have also had new toner pumps that were bad, might not hurt to try another one.
