    Re: FTP not working

Doesn't that just show you the full path if it were in SMB format? FTP doesn't seem to have the normal \\DesktopPC\Folder1\Scans

      Re: FTP not working

You must open port 21 and allow "Program files (x86)\filezilla server\filezilla server.exe" on firewalls....

On the copier address list, if you only have one address, one folder to scan, use / symbol as path

Normally, I am using static IP address in SMTP server when using Filezilla server. Is it possible to use the computer name instead of IP address in SMPT server? Can you guide me on how to configure the setup using computer name?

I just need to know how you go further than 1 subfolder, what the path would be?
            Server: 192.168.1.200
Path: Docs/user1 or Docs\user1 or something else. Because these don't work. Or would it be...
            Server: 192.168.1.200/Docs
            Path:user1 ??

EDIT - Just figured it out on IIS so that bit is done

That all depends on what is configures as th e root directory for the FTP server. Read the documentation for the FTP server.

You must set "aliases" on flilezilla folders config

                ftp.jpg
In that case, to acces folder from a browser the path is ftp://127.0.0.1/ for the first folder (home folder), ftp://127.0.0.1/1 for the second folder, and ftp://127.0.0.1/2 for the third folder. all folder are individuals, but you also can create a main folder and put other folders inside.
On the address list of your multifunction, you must set server name "ip of the pc", and path "/" for home folder, "1" for second folder and "2" for third folder.

                  Re: FTP not working

Good day for all of you,

I have the same question regarding syntax to fill out filed through Ricoh screen or web app.

I was up the IIS FTP.

I have an folder FTP on the PC/SERVER with name WORK-STATION

                  My ISS site is FTPScanner

When I go to sharing of FTP folder, Network Path is \\Work-station\ftp

                  Location of folder is C:

Folder has rights of registered user in IIS and administrator too.

                  Please give your advice.
