Hi,

I got this unit with 1M on counter.

It jams on every cassette on the feed.
I dont have other working unit to change paper feed, have to wait long time to new one to arrive.

Yes, I did.

J003 is tray 1 jam, what jam code do you get from other trays?

if the paper feeds of all the paper trays are worn, try the ones in the bypass.

have you done sp tests of paper passage sensors and motors?

If you pull the feed stations out, is there developer on the back of them? It could be the dev unit is leaking and has contaminated the one-ways in the feed units. I'd be surprised if it was that though with only a million on the clock.

I know all that problems, but there is no leaking of developer. All the gears in great condition.

How far does the paper make it out of the tray, if at all? The paper feed board could have died.

It makes couple copies sometimes. Tray 2 has made 3K first day we run it. Now non of the cassettes not feeding. It also tears paper, I suspected to Sep pad and tried to adjust tension. I

you wrote that all the trays have the same problem, I don't think the torque limiters are all defective, you tried to exchange them.

I wonder why you don't stock any paper feed rollers. Unless you are using the black 300K rollers, no amount of cleaning will help. With the 1M rollers once the surface of the feed roller becomes shiny and slick it must be replaced. That frequently happens at around 600K to 800K.

I never let the separation roller go past 300k.
