I never let the separation roller go past 300k.

The problem is not the separation roller unless you are getting more that one sheet at a time.

When the seperation roller is bad it will fold the paper and jam!

When the feed roller is slick the separation roller will turn in reverse direction bending the center of the paper and causing a jam. When the separation roller is bad it will feed more than one sheet of paper. When the torque limiter is bad it will pick multiple sheets of paper, often as many as ten or more.

You need to study the theory behind the three roller pickup-feed-reverse paper feeding system.

Then you should know how their feed system works. Of course Ricoh is partially at fault for no longer putting a Detailed Descriptions section in their service manuals

FYI I have worked on all the Martini machines from the A283 on up to the 03s. I have also worked production models doing 3M to 5M a year.

Separation rollers was causing problems. After installing new one all feeds are working.
I still don't understand why it wasn't working with rollers from working MP6502 ???
also, bypass rollers not the same as in paper feed from trays.

The one way bearing in the feed roller turns the opposite way in the bypass and the LCT. If you replaced only the separation roller, the problem will return quickly.
