I changed drum and developer but I still get light quality when I take print or copy. Anybody help me please?

suck the whole part around the drum including led lamps, filters, replace the other parts too see the pm counter list (at least those of the drum and transfer section) also clean the scanner section. Total number of pages? There are other posts on this classic problem with similar models.Comment

Do not suck (vacuum) anywhere near the ID sensor as doing so can generate enough static to damage the sensor. You can vacuum most of the drum frame but stay at least 1 inch away from the sensor. Use an artist's brush to remove toner next to the sensor. Clean the face of the sensor itself with a soft cotton cloth moistened with water only, anything else can damage the sensor.
This way i can vacuum out w/out any issues....Comment

I think it cloggs over time too and a quick vacuum will remedy..also that plastic piece above dev unit with the 2 mylars that fall off too when toner comes back from drum unit....Comment
