Of course in that length you have most likely forgotten what you really did.
Of course you know best who is a quality and trusted technician.
In 22 years of works as RICOH technician I have a lot of knowledge and experience but I'm not here to make useless post as you are or argue with all. You showed your knowledge in my older post

Where I gave you a good advice:
If you don't have a clue, please be quiet.
Please don't answer on my posts any more.

congrats on 22 years in the industry!

being a tech with 32+ years in the industry ( and Slim being in that group also) you might do better with less of a chip on your shoulder.

if you called Ricoh about this and didn't mention ALL of what was tried/done... you might get the same response from them.

We here at CTN like to see:

      ALL things tried/done
      samples in PDF format
      any error codes
      life/page counts
      oem/gen supplies
if swapping parts what cali's/adjustments done after swap

all in the FIRST post in the thread.

We are still waiting to hear,

Did you put plain paper in tray one?

Can you see the printer in user tools?

Can you see the printer in service mode?

Does it still say "Setting Change" in the printer screen?

Did you empty the waste toner?

              I appreciate your advice.
I don't like to arguing with anyone, but some of forum members treating everyone in this forum as if we are newbie and stupid. This driven me crazy. If I can't help I will not answer to post or argue with him.

Keep waiting. He has been here for almost 10 years and still hasn't filled in anything on his(?) profile except to claim to be Male.
