25,000 sq ft is low. No major issues. You're an experienced tech so you know how the hot roller should look,so just check it well. When I get an off lease machine these are the things I do before it leaves my shop, especially if it going more than 50 miles from me. I have machines three hours away so I keep everything tip top.

    AE042047-Cleaning Roller
    B1253563-Cleaning casing
    B2863581-Drum blade
    B1259640-Developer
    AA043643-Belt timing
    AA043644-Belt timing
    Hot roller if needed

I budget for these parts just to have a good running machine from the start. Also Precision Roller has drums for these that work really well (better than OEM).

I think I have the mpw3601 manual and will scout thru it.
How about the ADF unit any tips or parts that one changes as maintenance?

ADF is pretty solid just basic maint. like most machines. All in all the 3601 is pretty reliable. When you receive the machine pull the left side clean and lube all the drive gears and the same with the developer gears. The shafts on the drive gears get dry from the old grease, this causes premature timing belt breakage and squeaks. To bad you're so far away I have one I'm about to rip apart. I tear everything off and just rebuild everything takes about a day but when I finish it's like a new machine. This is the part of the job I enjoy.

            hi
I would assume this machine will work in windows 10 both for scan and print?

Scan to email does not support SSL on the 3601 series. Besides that its a great reliable machine
