25,000 sq ft is low. No major issues. You're an experienced tech so you know how the hot roller should look,so just check it well. When I get an off lease machine these are the things I do before it leaves my shop, especially if it going more than 50 miles from me. I have machines three hours away so I keep everything tip top.

I budget for these parts just to have a good running machine from the start. Also Precision Roller has drums for these that work really well (better than OEM).
