Mpc5501 op panel same as?

Anyone know if any other op panel will work on a c5501? Like a c2550, c4000, c4500?

if you mean the full keyboard I don't think with any of the models mentioned, the touch part, display and lighting could be the same

With the touch panel, if the physical dimensions are the same, then the touch panels are the same. Most likely other makes with the same size touch screens use the same panels. Ricoh does not make the touch panels.

Entire control may not be interchangeably. Check part numbers.

Check connection to the control panel.

Thanks. I took panel off and unplugged it and plugged back in. Same result also

Controller board stall or defective. Operation panel connector loose or defective .Check the harness connection. The left and right keyboard tabs are the same as for the 4500. it could also be a momentary mistake. Sometimes the sudden turning on and off causes the card to stall and even humidity has given me problems with the controller boards.

Controller board stall or defective. Operation panel connector loose or defective .Check the harness connection. The left and right keyboard tabs are the same as for the 4500. it could also be a momentary mistake. Sometimes the sudden turning on and off causes the card to stall and even humidity has given me problems with the controller boards.
