Mpc4503 itb running off to the rear

    Hey all,
I have an MPC4503 that keeps running the transfer belt off to the rear and shredding it.
The itb assy has been replaced twice and each time I've inspected the assy to make sure that nothing was broken.
Going back to it today with a r/h door and a transfer door...figure it might be uneven pressure pushing the belt off.
    Anybody had anything like this?

Did you replace the ITB ass'y & a NEW cleaning unit?

When you fit the new cleaning unit you must swap the mounts over from the old to new unit or you get uneven pressure & the bealt tears as yours has.

As much as possible, could you show an image of the area or position of the tear?
If you don't get it wrong, you've already replaced it several times, always in the same area?
You've checked the surrounding areas, the imaging units, you may have some imperfection or the registration area. I've been scared by staples or clips. Because the customer has not been careful to remove it, away from the photocopier.

Also check the transfer roller unit that has homogeneous pressure in the ends and that rotates freely

New finishers are supplied with longer and shorter screws to fit different machine types to attach the bracket to the device. The shorter ones must be used for the MPC 4503. If the longer ones are used, they can touch the transfer belt and damage it.
          +1 on both

Also are you using new units or swapping from other machines
