Look for the birth certificate, it is kept near the waste toner bottle on some machines.

Looks more like you are an idiot with an extremely inflate self image. If I ignore the fact that from your handle you appear to be a hacker there still four things:
1. You have not been here long enough to prove anything positive about yourself
2. You haven't provided anything helpful that has not already been said
3. You apparently have not read most of the post you have replied to.

SP 5-801 is a bad idea even if it is a last resort. If you do, never forget to make a backup copy of nvram or print SMC report ( SP-5990 )

A Ricoh pro C5100 photocopier had a problem that just to save directly from the computer to the server document, it didn't just store the custom size.
To solve this problem, I think that the operator may have done something in the device's mode service. That's why I entered the code 5801 in the device, but after restarting the device, it doesn't recognize the toner cartridges at all. I entered the code 5061.
But the message was that the cartridges were empty
I installed the new toner chip, but it still didn't work
I served the whole topper hopper, but it still didn't work
In addition, the problem of storing custom sizes was not solved
Has anyone ever had this problem?
Or does anyone have a solution to these problems?

Great banter back and forth lol

In case anyone finds this thread looking for an answer, the birth certificate on the Pro C5100 is typically in the large capacity tray. When you open the drawer, there is a label showing how to load paper on the left. Look under that and you should find the factory settings.

I believe that you mean the tandem tray. The Large Capacity Tray or more precisely LCIT, Large Capacity Input Tray, is an up stream peripheral device such as the LCIT RT4020 or LCIT RT4030.

You can fix this ease if you have an identical machine. Donwload the NVRAM data from the good unit. Change the name of the data to match your units serial serial number. Upload to bad unit. Format HDD. Problem solved

This seldom works for restoring after doing a clear all memory SP 5801-001 or Clear Engine Memory Sp5801-002. The final laser alignment data for each machine can be unique and that from one machine can be far enough off that Auto Color alignment may nit be able to pull it back into calibration. That is the purpose for the birth certificate.

Correct. Also all machine nvram details are not completely the same ie laser, registration etc. But it's a good please to start if you don't have machine 1 sp print out or nvram backup.
