Hello Guys ! I have a problem sc816-36 in ricoh MP2501SP, When machine is ready and starting copy 4 or 5 copies then error messege sc816-36. Plz Help

Do you have a service manual and if so have you checked it?

MP 2501 SC816-36 Energy save I/O subsystem error.

Energy save I/O subsystem detected some abnormality.

• [*=1]Energy save I/O subsystem defective
  [*=1]Energy save I/O subsystem detected a controller board error (non-response).
  [*=1]Error was detected during preparation for transition to STR.
  [*=1]Turn the main power off/on.
  [*=1]Replace the controller board.

You can also try removing the fax and the hdd if it has them.

Try disconnecting the HDD & Fax & see if the error clears with the LAN cable not plugged in.

While you have the back off reseat all the connections & ram etc.

Its also worth updating the firmware before you replace any boards.
