fusing roller needs to be replaced soon

The copier is giving a fusing roller needs to be replaced soon message. Does this message refer to the pressure roller in the fuser? What would be the correct part to order? The copier is not under contract. Searching the forum revealed that D142 4037 is the part number for a 220v fusing unit, but I need 110v. Further searching revels that I could use a Ricoh 407098 Fuser Unit and move some parts from the old unit to the new.

What are the part numbers for the scanner feed rollers? They are getting rather smooth and not picking up like they should. Is there a maintenance kit includes a fuser and full set of rollers?

If you do not know what you are doing, pay to have a trained technician come out.

It's referring to the Fusing Sleeve, not Press. Roll.
If it's a MP C3002 or C3502, you need to order P/N: D1424272. Fusing Sleeve Unit.
If it's a MP C4502 or C5502 then you need P/N: D1444272. Fusing Sleeve Unit.

        For the ADF rollers.
        A8061295 - Feed Belt
        A8592241 - Separation roller
        B3872161 - P/U Roller.

Make sure to either Change your SP 3-701-xxx for Fusing sleeve before you begin, or Reset your counters in SP 7-621.

totally agree these units can be a bear to rebuild... even WITH a manual .. not for an end user to try.
