What is the jam code? Did the removed paper have pieces missing? Remove all paper trays and check inside; did you reset by opening and closing all the doors?

+1 and if the pages don't seem to have pieces missing the next thing I'd check is the sensors. Sounds like a possible dirty sensor(s).

Hi friends thanks to all of you for the reply, i solve the problem already. The solution is the ADF pickup timing pulley gear cracked so i modified that gear then its working fine. Thank you.
