Depends on whether you have a normal operation panel or a Smart Operation Panel:

Normal operation panel

1. [*=1]Press the [User Tools/Counter] key.
   [*=1]Press language key until the language you want to display appears.

SOP

1. [*=1]Press the [Home] key on the top left of the control panel. Flick the screen to the left, and then press the [User Tools] icon () on the Home screen 4.
   [*=1]Press language key until the language you want to display appears.

Unlike older models that only loaded 2 languages and required reload the language to be able to change 1 or both of them, on the 03s all available languages are loaded by the factory. If the exact language you want does not appear, it is not available.

hello to all I bought used copiers Ricoh mp c4503 / c5503 I need to change the language on the display (Italian language is required) can someone help me? thank you
