I have a SP C431dn down with an SC312. There are also SC313, SC314 and SC315 in the sc machine history. I have replaced all four PCDU's, the drum stay and the HVPS:CB. When I turn on the machine it starts to turn the drums, then codes. When I pull out the drums, the black drum is covered solid with black toner. Any ideas?

Re: SP C431dn SC312
All 4 of the service codes you mention have to do with HV detection for each of the four PCU. Also the K drum totally coated with toner indicates it did not get any charge. Since you say you have already replaced the HVPS:CB and all four PCDU, that leaves a connection or wire harness problem. -

Did you replace just the PCU? or PCDU?
Also check the transfer unit, pull it out does it turn OK by hand?
