Slim: The Iphone of my colleague has a working Airprint at home (Brother), but c3003 don't show up in the list on her Iphone, here.
And indeed, Airprint is active in WIM.

Can you tell us what the IP of the iPhone is at the office (Settings, Wi-Fi, hit the 'i' next to the network you are connected to and scroll down to IP Address) and also give us the IP of the Ricoh? And subnet mask as well for either of the devices?

          Good news!
          It is working.
Indeed, Iphone was at mobile internet and the printer on our local network .
So, we introduced the Iphone in our local LAN network (same as c3003) and ....
          Thank you guys!!!
          Have a nice weekend.
          Greetings,
          Mark

PS: We have tested our c2800 with Airprint and printing is ok, scanning is not. So, in WIM i asked to create a certificate, and from then we can not enter WIM anymore. It keeps saying: "this site can not deliver a safety connection." And we can't enter WIM at all. So, on the machine, in user tools, interface settings, "IEEE802.1 interface recover to standard wifi settings" won't help...
          Anyone?

Every time I have done that I have use SP 5801-010 and SP 5801-011 to clear the certificate. I have also been told that you can try accessing as https: instead of http: because with a certificate the C2800 is now a secure site.

Slim, i did this reset, rebooted the machine, put data back in (IP addresses), on my lap top logged in to WIM and the same message pops up...
Also tried with the https.... no good
