testing my new lap top with this forum

    hello,
normally i will delete this post immediate after uploading it, when everything is posted here as it should be.
If not, i'm sorry to pollute this forum with this crap.
Then i need someone to help me selecting the wright settings on this forum in my laptop
I may not use the word "print" anymore in the title.
OK, That is not difficult, that is a disaster

C.T., it seems that you have more options when editing. Nowhere is a "delete" possibility on my screen!

Deleting posts and threads might require special rights and can be limited to a certain timespan after the post has been submitted

          Edit:

I can delete this post right now (1 minute after posting) but I can't edit or delete older posts or threads.

Its somewhere between 12 and 24 hours in which you can edit a post. After that timespan only the administrator can edit. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
              1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
              2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
              3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
              4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
              5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Also you can edit or delete a post during that time but if anyone else has replied to the thread you cannot delete the thread. Also if someone else has Replied with quote, you can delete what you posted but it will still be seen in the reply.

After posting, when you click on "Edit Post" one of the options is "Delete"

I'm not sure why you think that simply using a new laptop has anything at all to do with how/what is displayed on a website in the first place

Because i have used the word "print" in the Title and autom. it went to print version.
And that was just the the thread where i used my other lap top (which i never had used it before for this purpose).=> i thought it was a bad setting in my lap top ...
                      So, i tested it.
