Looks like problem with your developer unit.

Replace your developer and check your dev unit.

Also check your transfer unit. Make sure its fully serviced and cleaned.

With a machine as old as an Aficio 1075, replaced by the 2075 over 16 years ago, there is a definite potential that the conductive bearing for the drum shaft is losing its conductivity. With an intermittent drum ground you will get that exact problem. Replace the drum shaft bracket B065 1137. The other cause for the problem is a failing HVPS but that would most likely give a SC300 code.

Also in addition to what Slimslob said could be short (hairline crack) in the charge wire block or recepticle.

The drum shaft has a ground bearing on it that feeds into a board vis a vis a Electrode Plate If the bearing not making a good connection you will get the problem you are showing. Remove the Fly Wheel and check for continuity to the connection. If its open remove the bearing and peel off the black covering on the bearing. To get the bearing out you will need to remove the drum shaft. Pour some developer out of the DV unit, you don't need a lot, and push it into the bearing. Recheck the continuity and you should be good to go. The bearing for that machine is part of the drum bracket (B065 1137) but you can find a replacement at a good auto store that sell bearings. I left my fix alone and had no problems after.

Charge corona. If not clean dev unit and drum unit search for leaks. If not replace them

Don't want to sound harsh but why are you bothering with such an old POS model?

                  Simply scrap it & upgrade.

How's the surface on your mag roller. Check gap/condition of doctor blade. Maybe magnets in mag roller have gone bad. Maybe your gears are not turning.

for me it looks like the ultra-old developer, try these steps: 1)clean the disassembled drum thoroughly with isopropyl alcohol and a rag.2) clean the drum shaft well with scotch-brite (the front area in particular) 3) check that there are no sc3xx regarding power pack leaks in the machine's sp memory.4) check the conductivity axis-drum> machine frame, you can add (which is always good) an additional sheet recovered for example from an MP2000 (see photo), I'm sure you will find a way to make it stay up, I always keep a couple in my bag, it's good for the drum ground!
