There's no item number in parts manual for the touch screen there is a RTB on my ricoh but to fails to download its a word doc the parts manual hasn't been updated as yet

Thanks copier tech for some reason can't download any pdf or word doc from my ricoh firmware ok have you had any problems.

No issues recently. I actually only use IE browser even though is has been discontinued. Plus the batch downloader tool ONLY works with IE.

My browser of choice is Firefox followed by IE. I hate Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome.

I hate the way Microsoft forces Edge browser onto every PC via Windows updates.

Should anyone be interested I have created a registry edit to stop this being installed.

1. First run Geek uninstaller to force remove Edge

1. Then run the registry edit file.
