    MPC8002 fuser swap from 6502

    I have a barley used 6502 fuser need to put it in the 8002
    i vendor send me this
    "coil and fuser connectors is different u need swap couple parts from old fuser"
    does anyone know what parts and if its worth the time?
    thanks

    In the USA the 6502 is a 120v machine and the 8002 a 208 volt. Definitely the heater unit is different off the top of my head due to the voltage difference....

        The induction heater coil is different,
        D1364301 (NA):COIL:IH:100V:ASS'Y135 This is for the C6502 in North America
        D1364302 (C6502/C8002:EU/AA/CHN)C8002:NA):COIL:IH:200V:ASS'Y This is for the C8002 in North America and for both in most of the rest of the world
        Also from looking at the Point to Point there is a jumper on CN 675 in the fusing unit. It most likely is on different pins.
